E - alpha adrenergic blocker, ACE inhibitors (ngiotensin-converting-enzyme inhibitor) and the third one is for antiarrhythmic agents.
The first one or the alpha adrenergic blocker as the name implies the drug basically works by blocking the alpha 1 receptor and the vascular smooth muscles. When this happens it prevents the uptake of what is called Catecholamine which means that it allows the blood to flow more easily into the vessels.
Being successful in this exams means to practice and do as much questions as possible.
